In 1998 the offices of the company located on Paseo Marítimo de Carvajal (Fuengirola) started up a “dream”. The outlines were sketched out for an housing estate that was to be different from the rest, among other reasons because it was not an easy task to convince people to live in a place at a distance from the city.
This implied it had to offer certain attractions that would distinguish it: quality, design and services.
